From The Collection of Michael Aronoff: Old Rip Van Winkle Family Selection 23 Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Decanter Set (2009). Hand selected by Julian Van Winkle III and Preston Van Winkle from a lot of 50 barrels distilled in 1986. This is the first time a 23 Year Van Winkle was bottled at a proof other than 95.6. Non-chill filtered, with a few drops of Kentucky limestone water added to reduce the whiskey to its original barrel entry proof of 114.  57% ALC/VOL. Wooden, leather lined presentation box excellent. Includes informational sheet, hand engraved Glencairn Crystal decanter (No. 52 of only 1200), bottle stopper and two glasses. Plastic seal on bottle intact. Labels excellent. 750ml.
