Mash bill: 70% Corn, 21% Rye, 9% Malted Barley. Oak bill: 40% ex-Bourbon barrels, 40% new French Oak, 20% Sherry Oak cask. 68% ALC/VOL (116 Proof). 1x bottle of Knob Creek 9 Year Single Barrel Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon. Small Batch. 60% ALC/VOL (120 Proof). 1x bottle of Maker’s Mark Limited Release 101 Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon. “Our signature family recipe bottles at a higher proof.” 50.5% ALC/VOL (101 Proof). Plastic seal intact on Broken Barrel bottle. Wax seals intact on Knob Creek and Maker’s Mark bottles (the pull tab portion on the Knob Creek bottle is slightly loose). Labels largely excellent (Knob Creek bottle exhibits some minor tears along the top edge of its front label).
