The 2017 edition of Four Roses Small Batch Limited Edition celebrated the 50th anniversary of the late Al Young’s tenure with the distillery. The retro bottle mimics the design of 1960s Four Roses Blended Whiskey—the decade when Al Young started with the company. This whiskey was crafted from a combination of four different highly regarded Four Roses recipes: 12-year-old OBSF, 13-year-old OESV, 15-year-old OBSK and 23-year-old OBSV. It is commonly regarded as one of the best Four Roses Small Batch Limited Editions of all time.
