Distilled at the legendary Stitzel-Weller distillery, this whiskey was bottled by Jefferson’s Bourbon. Long before they created their own whiskey in-house, Jefferson’s was a non-distilling producer. Founded by Trey Zoeller in 1997, Jefferson’s built its brand on the reputation of high-quality whiskey from a variety of Kentucky distilleries. During an era with relatively little competition, Zoeller had access to some of the best American whiskey on the open market. This bottle is part of the limited-edition Jefferson’s Presidential Select series, and one of two Presidential Select expressions products to be distilled at Stitzel-Weller.
